I ordered a polyurea floor covering from PolyPro and it was applied to my garage and basement floors this week. My experience began with a knowledgeable salesman who helped with product specification and color choices. I signed a contract and the installation was as promised. The floors look great! All of the PolyPro employees were great.

John W. was great with his sales presentation. He was knowledgeable, informative and answered all or questions and concerns. The Revaflex product that we were interested in is a great product for numerous needs. I have no doubt that if you are interested in concrete coverings, Revaflex is a product you should definitely consider.

Yesterday we had our entire old concrete pool deck covered by PolyPro. It looks amazing!!!! And better than that, we had a torrential rain last night and woke up to no standing water! This project was EXCELLENT, from sales to installation. Malachi did a great job explaining the company and product and Garrett and his crew were so professional and efficient the installation went so smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Appt. Was set up at 3:30 and polypropylene rep. Was right on time! I wanted an estimate to get my porch done, because I had no idea cost. I used them a couple years ago for my porch and loved it so much I am doing out whole driveway. The salesman Samuel was great.

I had a front porch that I painted, and it lasted 5 years then pealed up and it was time to resurface it. I saw the POLYPRO-South Bend team doing my neighbors and new to give them a call. The estimate was the following week and 2 weeks later, Kevin and Edward the techs were there and had it done in a day. The technicians were informative and respectful, and it was done in one day!

Polypro did a great job. They gave a competitive price and completed everything as discussed. I received good communication throughout. I thought that some parts of my garage could have used more epoxy, I brought that to their attention and they came out again and fixed it with no questions asked. Thank you for your great service!

The floor looks nice… But they could’ve taken a few more precautions to minimize dust and mess.

Austin was running behind schedule but was cognizant of the travel time to my home and he called me to let me know his arrival time. No issues there. I’m retired and have plenty of time on my hands. Austin explained everything in great detail, he worked up a price I was agreeable to. He scheduled my work and was on his way. Anxious to see the finished product once the crew is finished.

Poly pro did our back patio three years ago and we were so happy with the product that we got we decided to have them do our garage floor which they did last week and they did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable really liked the product. Staff was awesome. I highly recommend this product.

Our communication at first was bad. We FINALLY figured out our estimator had resigned and our emails were not being received. AFTER we figured this out the communication and work was great!!! Our new patio is absolutely beautiful. We had 3 DIFFERENT patio pads pours over time and wanted them to be the same material. Instead of tearing out 3 pads and repairing concrete, we did the rubber type material over all three. It’s beautiful.

We could not be happier with the way our floor turned out. Kevin and Edwin, our 2 service techs, were very nice and informative. They were both efficient, polite, and answered all our questions. Four stars - because the porch and patio look beautiful, and Tyson and his helper did a great job. Worked their tails off in nasty heat and humidity. However, the fact that I keep calling the company and getting voice mail, AND never getting a call back, is very aggravating. We just gave them $3k, and they won’t return my calls?!? Also, our sales person left the company and they didn’t bother to tell us. So - we do have an installation issue, and I can’t get a return call. This does not reflect on Tyson - but it sure reflects poorly on PolyPro.

So far my experience with PolyPro has been very good. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and the price we were offered was very good.. now just waiting for the installation.

I was very pleased with the installation process on our garage floor. Jacob and his co-worker were very efficient and kept me informed on the installation process. They cleaned everything up and left me with a beautiful floor.

EDIT: We were able to get in touch with the company and set up installation, the project manager called and got us in a whole day early since rain was expected on our original project date. We are very happy with the end result, I couldn’t even tell our porch had been worked on when I got home from work with how well the clean up was. Very satisfied and definitely recommend. Original review: Have left several messages in the last 2 months. Nobody returns your call. My husband and I have both called the sales representative who came to our house and the main line with no luck. Don’t waste your time.

I had a 2 car garage coated on 6/2/26. It turned out great. The crew was on time and performed the work well in one day. They began by grinding the whole floor and removing the concrete pits. They repaired the cracks, ground again and then applied the coatings, allowing time for curing between layers. The chip colors and texture is just what I had asked for. I'm pleased and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This company does wonderful work. The guys that work for them were great too. We started as you can see from the photo & then to this... finished product.

Josh came out to give me a free estimate. I've had my garage floor coated previously at another home with a different company so I was familiar with the process. Josh explained Polypro's process and was able to offer me an end of the month incentive. After more discussion, I decided to move forward with the job. I'm booked out to Oct of this year which works fine with my schedule. Josh answered all of my questions to help me make the best decision. He was very polite and professional and would recommend his services to friends and family. I'll have to post another review in October when the job is complete.

Concrete floor coating was placed on our front porch and looks beautiful. However, the service tech let filler drip onto our sidewalk. I ask if it could be cleaned up and was told it was already dry and couldn't do anything with it. It dries like Concrete. Also a place under our storm door was not finished well. I will contact poly-pro to see if the can address these issues. We have this finish on our garage floor for several years. It has held up excellent and easy care. I hope poly-pro can address our two issues.

We requested a quote from PolyPro for our garage floor. Sabdiel came to our house. He was very friendly and efficient. It was very just absolutely thorough and telling us what would be done how it would be done the #Warranty’s everything. He then gave us a quote. We are scheduled to have our floor done on June 17. Good experience & our garage floor is the bomb! 💣💣 I called the company a few times, left voicemails & have not talked to a representative yet. I think they need to work on that. I wanted an update about my upcoming service & did not get it until I called the guy who sold me my product. If you all correct that issue your service will be off the charts.

I had the polyaspartic (rubber particles) coating applied to my old pool deck. Garret and his crew did an excellent job applying it and paid attention to every square inch and edge lines and the result looks amazing! Unfortunately I can’t give them 5 stars because my adjacent bluegrass was “burned” by the chemical overspray. Be sure to tarp any nearby vegetation near the work area.

They worked hard, non stop with a small lunch break to get our project complete. Not only complete, but done correctly. Very respectful of me and our property. Matt was awesome as a sales contact. Took me a bit to get to him through their general call in number. Everything was handled very quickly after that point. The instalation crew was professional and courteous. Floor turned out absolutely amazing. I still can't believe how good it looks! I would highly recommend.

The employees at Poly Pro did a great job patching and coating our porch and sidewalsk. They look GREAT!

We met with the designer who provided a comprehensive overview of the project and how the process works. It was very thorough during which options were provided aligned to the pricing. We will not have our service until August but the preliminary communication and information was presented with professionalism.

So far so good. Everything was explained to me really well and even showed me the process that is done on the laptop.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was done in less time than expected. Sean and Gavin were good at explaining what they would be doing. The end results were truly amazing considering how bad a shape this garage floor was in.

Very informative about the product, the process, and the installation.

The guys showed up on time, explained everything to us, confirmed that they were applying the correct color, applied the material, went to lunch while it dried, put on the finishing touches and were done within 15 minutes of their estimate. They then explained the curing and cleaning procedures and left a printed copy of those with us. We are very impressed.

The porch floor walkway and steps look better than we thought they could! Great job by the team. So glad we made the investment. Well worth it.

I had my garage floor redone last week and I didn't realize what a difference it would make. It looks soooooo good! Tyson and Marcus did a great job. They called ahead with an ETA the day of the install. When they arrived at 7:45 AM, we went over the details of the project before they began. They were courteous, kept me informed as they moved through the project, were very detail oriented, and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I appreciate them taking the extra time and effort to remove the self-leveling sealer I had in the expansion joints - I know that was extra work for them and was not easy but it looks really nice now. Your company does a nice job in communicating before the project day, helping the customer know what to expect, then delivering exactly what you promised. Thanks for exceeding my expectations on this home improvement project and for carrying it out so smoothly. Working with your company was a great experience.

I’m updating my experience with PolyPro Concrete Coatings to reflect the final outcome. I signed a contract for a driveway coating project and paid a $5,600 deposit. After getting independent evaluations of my driveway condition, I had concerns about whether a coating system was appropriate. I canceled the project before any work was performed. Initially, I was told the deposit would not be refunded. After pushing back and providing additional information, the company did ultimately refund the deposit in full within a few days. No work was performed and no materials were delivered. My takeaway: - Make sure you fully understand your concrete condition before committing to a coating - Be cautious with large deposits - Read the contract closely, especially what is NOT covered I appreciate that the company ultimately resolved the issue, but it required follow-up on my end to get there. Since I actually had no work done I cannot justify a 5 star review.
