I had a 2 car garage coated on 6/2/26. It turned out great. The crew was on time and performed the work well in one day. They began by grinding the whole floor and removing the concrete pits. They repaired the cracks, ground again and then applied the coatings, allowing time for curing between layers. The chip colors and texture is just what I had asked for. I'm pleased and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This company does wonderful work. The guys that work for them were great too. We started as you can see from the photo & then to this... finished product.

Josh came out to give me a free estimate. I've had my garage floor coated previously at another home with a different company so I was familiar with the process. Josh explained Polypro's process and was able to offer me an end of the month incentive. After more discussion, I decided to move forward with the job. I'm booked out to Oct of this year which works fine with my schedule. Josh answered all of my questions to help me make the best decision. He was very polite and professional and would recommend his services to friends and family. I'll have to post another review in October when the job is complete.

Polypro's crew showed up early morning as expected and worked throughout one of the hottest days of the week. Alex and Aiden were beyond polite and professional. Concrete floor coating was placed on our front porch and looks beautiful. However, the service tech let filler drip onto our sidewalk. I ask if it could be cleaned up and was told it was already dry and couldn't do anything with it. It dries like Concrete. Also a place under our storm door was not finished well. I will contact poly-pro to see if the can address these issues. We have this finish on our garage floor for several years. It has held up excellent and easy care. I hope poly-pro can address our two issues.

We requested a quote from PolyPro for our garage floor. Sabdiel came to our house. He was very friendly and efficient. Good experience & our garage floor is the bomb! 💣💣 I called the company a few times, left voicemails & have not talked to a representative yet. I think they need to work on that. I wanted an update about my upcoming service & did not get it until I called the guy who sold me my product. If you all correct that issue your service will be off the charts.

I had the polyaspartic (rubber particles) coating applied to my old pool deck. Garret and his crew did an excellent job applying it and paid attention to every square inch and edge lines and the result looks amazing! Unfortunately I can’t give them 5 stars because my adjacent bluegrass was “burned” by the chemical overspray. Be sure to tarp any nearby vegetation near the work area.

We met with the designer who provided a comprehensive overview of the project and how the process works. It was very thorough during which options were provided aligned to the pricing. We will not have our service until August but the preliminary communication and information was presented with professionalism.

I had my garage floor redone last week and I didn't realize what a difference it would make. It looks soooooo good! Tyson and Marcus did a great job. They called ahead with an ETA the day of the install. When they arrived at 7:45 AM, we went over the details of the project before they began. They were courteous, kept me informed as they moved through the project, were very detail oriented, and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I appreciate them taking the extra time and effort to remove the self-leveling sealer I had in the expansion joints - I know that was extra work for them and was not easy but it looks really nice now. Your company does a nice job in communicating before the project day, helping the customer know what to expect, then delivering exactly what you promised. Thanks for exceeding my expectations on this home improvement project and for carrying it out so smoothly. Working with your company was a great experience.

I’m updating my experience with PolyPro Concrete Coatings to reflect the final outcome. I signed a contract for a driveway coating project and paid a $5,600 deposit. After getting independent evaluations of my driveway condition, I had concerns about whether a coating system was appropriate. I canceled the project before any work was performed. Initially, I was told the deposit would not be refunded. After pushing back and providing additional information, the company did ultimately refund the deposit in full within a few days. No work was performed and no materials were delivered. My takeaway: - Make sure you fully understand your concrete condition before committing to a coating - Be cautious with large deposits - Read the contract closely, especially what is NOT covered I appreciate that the company ultimately resolved the issue, but it required follow-up on my end to get there. Since I actually had no work done I cannot justify a 5 star review.

Ryan was outstanding! He came to discuss an estimate on my barn floor. The estimate for 800 sq ft of high quality concrete coating was tailored for my needs and just the right price! During our discussions, he let me know everything I needed to know (including the answers to questions I had intended to ask before I ever asked). A pleasant surprise during our discussion was that he came prepared with samples for colors -of course- and photos of previously completed jobs. The fact that he had photographs from other jobs with different angles and lighting really help me decide between two colors I was suck on. That was super helpful! The installers were polite and thorough. Their attention to detail was excellent and they kept me informed every step of the process. We went with a polyurea and polyaspartic combination. Our experience revamping our deck was fantastic. Austin and Bodin were working under horrible winter conditions. They worked 8 to 10 hour days until the job was completed. I’m a retired contractor and would’ve stole those two away if I was still working. The job was extremely professional. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was great to work with. This whole experience exceeded our expectations we highly recommend.

Great finished product, especially considering how bad the garage floor was spalled. There's still a lot of dust, grindings and paint chips to clean up, but that is to be expected-

LOVE the garage floor! It looks fantastic! Austin explained everything on his initial visit, so there were no surprises. Marcel was our main technician; he went over all that he would do that day and what steps we should take in the few days after installation. He made sure that all of our questions were answered. He was friendly and did a great job. We have already referred people to PolyPro.

The finished project was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend Polypro to anyone that would like to dress up their garage, porch, steps, etc. Due to the sticky layer be sure to keep animals and leaves off the surface for a couple of days.
