Testimonials

Very satisfied with the work Chris and Jayden did on my garage floor. They were very kind and respectful, the floor looks great, and they cleaned up the area so well. Thank you guys.

Crew members were excellent and they provided a beautiful finish to our back patio and front porch.

Great product and professional salesperson answer every question. Installation crew professional as well.

Josh came out to give me a free estimate. I've had my garage floor coated previously at another home with a different company so I was familiar with the process. Josh explained Polypro's process and was able to offer me an end of the month incentive. After more discussion, I decided to move forward with the job. I'm booked out to Oct of this year which works fine with my schedule. Josh answered all of my questions to help me make the best decision. He was very polite and professional and would recommend his services to friends and family. I'll have to post another review in October when the job is complete. ***UPDATE job completion 10/1/26 Tyson and his team member arrived around 730am. We reviewed the process and confirmed the color selection which he was impressed with my choices. They compliment my home and that's what I was going for. If you're paying for a custom job why not make it unique. They finished around 1130 and they cleaned up well, even blew the dust off my vehicle at the end of the driveway. Both were professional and respectful of my home. I appreciate their work and the floor looks great! I've received several compliments and have referred a friend. Color selection: Cherokee

The product is fantastic and looks great. Communication skills need to be improved. The project was supposed to start towards the end of August. I got messages saying they were going to arrive but the day before they said they were backed up because of weather. Why not communicate that weeks before if they knew that already. Their lead person Jordon was fantastic.

Polypro did our garage and porch yesterday. Gavin and Thomas were our installers. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. It looks beautiful with great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased and will update when I’ve had time to verify the durability. I have great confidence that I will be pleased with that as well because Polypro was recommended by a friend who had the garage and porch done on her last three homes and has been extremely happy with each installation.

Excellent crew and lots of hard work. Details were matchless!! Excellent work!

The work was done quickly and looks amazing! The crew was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions!

Mike, our salesperson, provided us with great detail and thoroughly answered all of our questions regarding the installation process and the materials that will be used. He gave us the best price he could, along with a couple of additional incentives. So far, everything is going exactly as planned, and we’re very pleased with the experience.

I emailed requesting information and received a fast and professional response. The next weekend, Lance came out and gave an estimate and quickly scheduled the appointment for the install. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I chose this company based off of reviews and Lance’s professionalism and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of an epoxy floor. Thank you!!

Very happy with new floor from PolyPro in Cleveland. Installation crew very nice, but did leave a couple spots on my drive from the solution used to fills cracks in my cement. Also relative had the same service and has been trying to contact Customer Service in resolving an installation issue with the top coat. Have talked to a couple people, sent pictures...issue still not resolved after a month. I also contacted the company a day before installation to find out the time they would be arriving...received NO call back. Bad communication, but love the product. I also like the transferable life time warranty.

Showed up on time, professional, efficient excellent job. Would hire them again?

I decided to get the floor done in the Mark Cave. From start to finish, it was a great experience working with Polypro. Steven my sales man was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. The 2 young men that did the installation were very nice and professional. They fixed the crack in the floor and did an amazing job with the coating's. I am completely satisfied with the whole job.

We had our garage and porch both done by Poly Pro. Due to mother nature, we unfortunately couldn't have them done in the same day but they made sure to work us back in the schedule as soon as possible to get it done. We received quotes from other businesses but Poly Pro was by far the most reasonable. We had 2 younger guys here working both times and they were very polite. Would highly recommend Poly Pro!

Chris gave us a good deal, I have been shopping around. Love that Poly Coat comes with a lifetime warranty and it’s transferable, job well done and I am pleased with the whole process.

Sales Associate Steve S. Came out and gave me an estimate and was very thorough in walking me through the process and was very helpful. Installer Christian and his coworker arrived on time and explained the process and any other concerns I might have. They were both very professional and did a GREAT job!! I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this company!

Looks beautiful workers work professional and polite

The employees were very hard workers, which I certainly appreciated, they did a super job, the garage floor looks fantastic. Great job.

Terry and Shaun did a good job. We are satisfied with it the way it is, it’s much better than it was before. One entire side, is shiner and smoother than the other entire side and there are least four bumps, but we’ll just to be satisfied with it. Thank you for getting us this far. Its just far too much work to keep removing everything from the garage each time they come out.

Great product recently installed.

Very professional team of David, Jacob, and Darrell. They worked hard all day and were very polite. Floor and porch look wonderful!

This company did a great job installing my garage floor coating! It was done in a timely manner and the guys that were there were very nice and knowledgeable!

Had my garage floor coated with PolyPro concrete coating. The technician’s, David and Derrell, were outstanding! They showed up right on time and David explained every step of the process before beginning. The finished product is beautiful….and it was completed in one day!

Sales rep was friendly and prompt. Explained products and processes clearly. Gave a competitive quote. Scheduled garage floor to be done in a few weeks.

Love the product and the crew did an exceptional job

Great crew. Worked hard. Love my garage floor.

I ordered a polyurea floor covering from PolyPro and it was applied to my garage and basement floors this week. My experience began with a knowledgeable salesman who helped with product specification and color choices. I signed a contract and the installation was as promised. The floors look great! All of the PolyPro employees were great.

John W. was great with his sales presentation. He was knowledgeable, informative and answered all or questions and concerns. The Revaflex product that we were interested in is a great product for numerous needs. I have no doubt that if you are interested in concrete coverings, Revaflex is a product you should definitely consider.

Yesterday we had our entire old concrete pool deck covered by PolyPro. It looks amazing!!!! And better than that, we had a torrential rain last night and woke up to no standing water! This project was EXCELLENT, from sales to installation. Malachi did a great job explaining the company and product and Garrett and his crew were so professional and efficient the installation went so smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mason was outstanding! Very polite, hardworking with attention to detail. Did a fantastic job!

Crew was right on time, extremely polite and did a fabulous job

Very pleased with installers. Cleaned up afterwards and floor installation looks very nice

They did an AWESOME job and left our garage walls in great condition. Their product does not have epoxy, has a great warrenty and was the SAME PRICE as the epoxy sealent. Product is so much better and others so I would highly recommend you out talk to an representative. We would love to have a sign in our yard to advertise your service!

these guys did an amazing job, i’m blown away as to how good it turned out. Crew was on time, friendly, informative, and were done super quick. They paid attention to all the small details.

John Wayne, knew what he was talking about, very likable. Wasn’t pushy. Explained everything to me. Suggested what needed to be done and why. As far as the floor, I will give a review when it gets done. Put the right name on it, (Lewis) please.

On time and right on budget. Superior quality product and more importantly excellent knowledgeable efficient crew. Looks really first class nice. If you’re thinking about a nice upgrade to your home let Polypro complete the job.

Your employees did a great job. Was very professional answering all questions. Did a wonderful job cleaning up. Highly recommended.

We love our garage floor. Dave and Darell of Polypro Detroit did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy before they left. Would totally recommend them if your not sure about going for it. We are so glad we did.

The employees worked hard and were polite. Our garage floor went from ugly to amazing in one day!

Wow! They arrived on time. Checked things out. Went to work immediately. Thomas and Gavin worked continually and you could tell they took pride in the job they were doing. Very nice and polite. Also, they did everything exactly the way it was promised. Cleaned up afterwards and made sure I liked it. Also went over how to take care of the new floor. I made the right call. Already recommended to my family. Only problem is this floor looked so good it made the rest of the garage look bad so I had to call the painter to spruce up the rest of the garage.

John was professional but also friendly. Explained everything thoroughly.

San was great! Have not had the work done yet The price seems reasonable and I’m happy

My garage looks beautiful. They did a great job. It should help re-sale value someday.

Samuel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He accomodated my schedule request. Had a very positive experience.

John did an awesome job of explaining the process, benefits, and warranty of the epoxy coating they are scheduled to install. Lots of colors to choose from. He was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. Great experience with Polypro!

The crew was excellent about calling with their ETA to our home job site. They were all professional, explained the process & cleaned up nicely after their work was completed. I had a call back question, it was answered quick & with professionalism. The product its self, QUALITY & BEAUTIFUL. It’s been a month or so after installation & we wished we would have done it sooner. I would highly recommend the product & service team to my own mother.

Great job

They did an excellent job. The guys that came out, the only problem I have is they don't call you back when you have questions. And you wanna find out details, I could not get a call back, but the guys again showed up, did an excellent job

Guys were great. 3 car garage done in 4.5 hours. The coating and color is great. Very happy with quality and price. Let Polypro show you what high quality is.

Appt. Was set up at 3:30 and polypropylene rep. Was right on time! I wanted an estimate to get my porch done, because I had no idea cost. I asked alot of questions, and Samuel Ramorino had the answers. I was impressed with him and decided to have my porch done. I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Thrilled with how the patio looks. Logan did an excellent job on both installation and clean up.

The workers you sent to Poly coat my garage floor were very knowledgeable and performed a fabulous job. They left only after they completely picked up and looked over the garage floor. I was impressed on how thorough these two workers were. I would definitely recommend keeping these guys around into the future !!! They are an asset to Poly Pro Coatings Business ! Thankyou, if I have any issues ahead ,I will surely call you ! Again, Thankyou ! Richard S.

Steve is a great person! Knows what he is doing!

I had a front porch that I painted, and it lasted 5 years then pealed up and it was time to resurface it. I saw the POLYPRO-South Bend team doing my neighbors and new to give them a call. The estimate was the following week and 2 weeks later, Kevin and Edward the techs were there and had it done in a day. The technicians were informative and respectful, and it was done in one day!

Polypro did a great job. They gave a competitive price and completed everything as discussed. I received good communication throughout. I thought that some parts of my garage could have used more epoxy, I brought that to their attention and they came out again and fixed it with no questions asked. Thank you for your great service!

Great

The floor looks nice… But they could’ve taken a few more precautions to minimize dust and mess.

Austin was running behind schedule but was cognizant of the travel time to my home and he called me to let me know his arrival time. No issues there. I’m retired and have plenty of time on my hands. Austin explained everything in great detail, he worked up a price I was agreeable to. He scheduled my work and was on his way. Anxious to see the finished product once the crew is finished.

The crew from PolyPro did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results and can’t wait to use our newly coated patio.

Garage & front door entrance door coated. Matthew & his brother did a phenomenal job. The flooring looks like a masterpiece. They are hard working, personable & professionals. We’d recommend to anyone considering purchasing this service. Get a quote! This month they are running an August special!! Terry (supervisor) stopped for a visit. He was also a delight. You won’t be disappointed!

Poly pro did our back patio three years ago and we were so happy with the product that we got we decided to have them do our garage floor which they did last week and they did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable really liked the product. Staff was awesome. I highly recommend this product.

We could not be happier with the way our floor turned out. Kevin and Edwin, our 2 service techs, were very nice and informative. They were both efficient, polite, and answered all our questions. Our sales rep, Sabdiel, was very patient with us as we tried to make up our minds with all the beautiful colors you have to choose from. Thanks to all of them.

Zachary explained the process and answered our questions. Installation is scheduled in 5 weeks.

The salesman Nick was good to work with and didn’t pressure us. The men who applied the poly coating were very professional and did a wonderful job. The garage was left very clean.

They did an absolutely outstanding job!!! Showed up on the dot, were so friendly and ready to get to work. Explained the process asked if I had any questions. They were so great I highly recommend them. I'm so happy with the results. My little boy wanted to visit and talk to them and they took the time to be so kind to him, very exceptionally kind young men 💞

The crew, lead by Austin, did a great job. Austin kept us informed at every step. By 4pm they had completed a beautiful job.

I love my new garage floor!

Matt was very professional. Took the time to explain the entire process. Answered our questions before even taking any measurements. He took pictures and overlay with the colors we liked so we could see what the finished garage floor would look like. He sat down with us and explained all our options and prices. There pricing was better than others who gave us a quote.

Samuel was super personable, knowledgeable and patient with explaining everything. Looking forward to my new lifetime floor!

Alfred and the crew did awesome. The price was great, the quality was better than I expected, and the job was done in a day. Not sure what else you could ask for.

The guys at PolyPro Concrete Coatings did an awesome job! They were quick, professional, and kept everything clean throughout the process. The finished floor looks amazing and we’re extremely happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

Mason & Jaiden arrived on time and did a beautiful job preparing and coating my scared and cracked garage floor. I'm counting on this coating to last long into the future.

I was impressed with salesman and installers all. They did a great job and worked to make my patio great but I was most impressed with front porch step. It had deteriorated and was starting to fall apart. These two guys rebuilt that step and one cannot tell it was falling apart! Great job!

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very nice to work with.

Alfred and and the crew did great work. Would recommend based on price, quality, and how quickly the installation was.

Awesome service, best price and quality

Great job the workers were there over eight hours and didn’t leave until the job was done excellent

Martell Sr. and his crew did a beautiful job installing my new floor(s). The whole process of installation was faster than expected. Thanks guys for a job well done. Customer service was great as well.

I cannot say enough good things about PolyPro. My project gave them a few hiccups but they worked through them professionally. The crew was very respectful and performed great work. The office team did everything I asked for. The product is amazing. I am really glad I went with them!

Loved the work as expected! Had a friend who got his flooring done with PolyPro and saw their work. Great team very supportive especially that the job was stopped due to severe weather, but they got me in few days later finishing the job!

Awesome 😎👍

Very happy with the two guys that did the garage floor work. Great job you two. Price was reasonable. Overall I am impressed with my new floor. Thank you polly pro.

Great communication, product & service. We had 3 young lads show up early and got right to work. Unfortunately they couldn’t complete the job in one day. They had to come back 2 days later to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable and a good team to work with. I recommend they get a raise.

From salesman visit to install crew to floor coating completion everything was done with excellence! Pricing was fair and unchanging. The install crew with Kevin and David went quickly and efficiently! Hard workers and great attention to detail! Overall a great experience!!

Highly recommend Poly-Pro Coatings (Lansing, MI) I hired Poly-Pro Coatings to do my garage floor and front covered porch, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. They stayed on site for over 12 hours to make sure everything was done right—no rushing, no cutting corners. The finished floors look fantastic. The coatings are smooth, durable, and have completely transformed both areas. Communication was clear, the work was clean, and the results speak for themselves. I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Absolutely love my patio and garage floor! The crew was professional, fast, and courteous!

Very informative website and good marketing presentation by your representative, Bailey. He wasn’t at all pushy and all of our questions were answered. We signed the contract and scheduled the installation before he left.

They installed around pool and back patio/walkway. Really happy with how it came out. Big shoutout to Tyler, Eli and the entire install crew, went above and beyond when a chalking issue arose Well done Polypro

We had high expectations for the product and it didn’t disappoint!! The 3 man crew that came out verified job and product before starting. Asked pertinent questions about what we’d like done, confirming original expectations. Overall fantastic experience and very courteous and professional individuals!! The end result was a masterpiece, Ty PolyPro!!! — Trev

Four stars - because the porch and patio look beautiful, and Tyson and his helper did a great job. Worked their tails off in nasty heat and humidity. However, the fact that I keep calling the company and getting voice mail, AND never getting a call back, is very aggravating. We just gave them $3k, and they won’t return my calls?!? Also, our sales person left the company and they didn’t bother to tell us. So - we do have an installation issue, and I can’t get a return call. This does not reflect on Tyson - but it sure reflects poorly on PolyPro.

So far my experience with PolyPro has been very good. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and the price we were offered was very good.. now just waiting for the installation.

The representative showed up on time and explained the options professionally. He explained the options and all the color options. There was no pressure to buy which I appreciated. Pricing was fair.

Very professional. Product looks amazing!!

Love the rep I met with and the two gentlemen that laid the floor were so personable!!

Polypro refinished our patio and front walk. The team was very professional and did a great job, were on time, and took great care of our flowers, shrubs, etc. So far we love the look and feel - time will tell on durability but they've offered us a lifetime warranty against peeling & chipping.

Polypro made the process easy. From getting the estimate to the finished project. Mike and Austin did a good job explaining the steps they were taking. After the job was completed the clean up was great. I would recommend Polypro for your concrete coating jobs.

they did a excellent job, great crew

The worker's were great The job looks beautiful what else can I say

Very happy with the finished product!

David and Giovani arrived this morning at 7:30 am and completed the job at 8:00 pm. They are hard workers and very polite. Another person showed up to help out the last couple of hours. My floor looks great. I will try to post again once I am able to start putting things back into my garage. Thanks Poly Pro. One more thing checked off on my 'to do' list.

Sab is great at a number of important aspects. He is personable, explains the process well and provides great customer service in general. Installation happening in the near future.

I was very pleased with the installation process on our garage floor. Jacob and his co-worker were very efficient and kept me informed on the installation process. They cleaned everything up and left me with a beautiful floor.

My design consultant/ salesperson that came to my house was absolutely excellent in his job. Tremendous presentation, no BS. His name is logan musick

The company is amazing. From sales to install the staff was outstanding. We had our screen porch and patio done and could not we happier. Would recommend 100% .

The Trio done an excellent job.Salt is very damanging. The garage floor will start flaking without the protectants. My floor is now protected and pleasant to look at.

Chris was very good at explaining the process and what is all included in the whole process. Got some good discounts bringing the price down. Was able to work out a day to get the coating on. Will wait and see what the coating looks like when they are done.

I was very impressed with the results. Solved a rough concrete decking issue around my pool. The team of four gentlemen were very knowledgeable and worked well together as a team!

I am very happy with my garage floor. Brandyn was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. The two young men that installed the concrete coating were on time and did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what I needed to do afterwards. I've been wanting to do this for some time now and am so glad I picked PolyPro.

Wow! I am blown away! Malik, Justin and Cameron just completed my garage floor repair/coating. It is so beautiful and perfect I could cry! I had a badly stained and cracked garage floor. Watching them transform my floor step by step was amazing. Even before the coating, the had improved the floor 100%. Malik and his crew were wonderful!!! They were on time, friendly, courteous, professional, clean and neat and so kind! Malik explained everything step by step. This has been the best experience I have ever had with contractors! I can't recommend this company (PolyPro Toledo) and this crew (Malik, Cameron and Justin) strongly enough! What a great product and service! So happy!

Oscar and Pat did a fantastic job! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Also, Cooper the sales representative did a fantastic job as well! I would recommend POLYPRO!

Jake and Arthur did a great job coating a concrete patio outside and our concrete basement floor inside. The craftsmanship is top notch, communication is great, and the final product looks outstanding. These guys do a great job and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Very good work by the people putting it on.

The floor looks very nice ,they had it done in about 6.5 hours.

From the quote to the finished project, the professionalism, communication, and customer service were top-notch! The floor looks amazing; the next project will focus on making the walls and ceiling look just as great.

Polypro appointment and estimate went very well. Josh was friendly and professional. Never felt pressured. He explained the garage floor coating process. Will report back when completed in October.

Installation went great and the guys did everything above and beyond. The patio looks great

Today Parker and Jackson were our installers. Very polite and professional. Parker walked us through the entire process and I would recommend both those young men. Parker had so much knowledge of the process and product. Great job men.

Outstanding communication from Samuel, the sales representative! Crew was EARLY and didn’t stop until the installation was completed! Cleaned up their work site .

All the guys did a great job they just need to do a little bit better job of cleaning up after themselves

I had a 2 car garage coated on 6/2/26. It turned out great. The crew was on time and performed the work well in one day. They began by grinding the whole floor and removing the concrete pits. They repaired the cracks, ground again and then applied the coatings, allowing time for curing between layers. The chip colors and texture is just what I had asked for. I'm pleased and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This company does wonderful work. The guys that work for them were great too. We started as you can see from the photo & then to this... finished product.

Polypro's crew showed up early morning as expected and worked throughout one of the hottest days of the week. Alex and Aiden were beyond polite and professional. They worked well over a 12 hr. day to complete our garage floor and it turned out great. Very happy with the whole process from estimate to completion and would highly recommend Polypro for any of your concrete coating jobs

Garage floor was a mass of pits. Guys were here approx 5 hours. It looks AMAZING. Guys were friendly, professional. Cleaned up all their mess. Can't say enough, highly recommend. GREAT job!!!

Malachi was extremely professional and very helpful before and after pics

They did an amazing job! They were so friendly and professional and I could not be happier with the results.

Great job! The garage , front and back porch look fantastic! Sales and installation went perfect. It’s 95 degrees today and the guys were super professional. Would definitely recommend polypro to all.

This is the best company I’ve hired so far. They showed up on the promised date and right on time! Mason and David worked very hard, and they were very professional and friendly and the floor look great! I’m so happy!

Chris explained the details and what to expect so clearly when they install the surface for my garage floor. Looking forward to the project.

Fantastic Results No hidden costs Timely and great communication Looks so much better!

Guys arrived and got right to work after we went over a few items. They worked hard and were pleasant to talk to. Floor came out great! Very happy customer!

The product is beautiful when done. We did our garage, front porch, sidewalk and part of our driveway.

Polypro updated our garage floor on 6/24/26 and we are thrilled with the results!! From the sales rep, Tanner to the actual installers, Tyler, Corey and Jack, everyone was very professional and respectful. We would highly recommend this company to all our family and friends. 😊 Keep up the great work!! 👍

Finished Product = awesome Workmanship = awesome Professionalism = awesome Product Durability = TBD Timing = Awesome Cleanup is the only reason it’s not a 5 star. It wasn’t terrible, but 3 days later I am still cleaning up color chips. Recommend = highly

I’m so happy I chose Polypro. My experience from the start with Steve to completion with Donald and Alex was great. My patio looks amazing now.! Happy customer, Loretta 😊

Excellent job! They had to work around our schedule, as we are a Children's weekly camp in the summer, plus rentals to families on weekends and weeks we don't have camps for children. Very good to work with!

Some trouble with rain and scheduling but finished product is great.

Francisco and Alex did a great job. Nice guys from PolyPro South Bend.

Employees arrived on time and worked late in the day until our large basement project was completed. Three crews that normally do not work together came together and did an excellent job. They were professional, confirming our product color, explaining the steps in the process and aftercare instructions. Our floor is beautiful. We could not be happier with the result.

Good experience, looks incredible

Amazing New Look!! Amazing Workers!! So happy!!

We are amazed at how great it looks and feels. The crew was fantastic and very professional. I must of asked 50 questions because I was fascinated with the install procedure. They were great. We had a wonderful time watching the install. I would highly recommend Polypro-Dayton to any interested party. We did call about one vertical spot that slipped and was assured it will be taken care of. Thank You for the great job.

Very good job and we are very please with it thank you very much

The installers were great. Got in and got the job done before the weather changed. Very informative on the care process. Javin and Shawn did a great job. I hope they will be installing my shop floor in August.

Workers were polite and went right to work. They did a great job. The floor looks great.

Cooper Henderson was my salesman he explained everything to me and his discussion convinced us to select them over the other two bids we had. The price was way better than expected

Great crew - attention to detail - looks great “so far”!!

Daniel and Jackson were GREAT! Showed up early, communicated all day, floor looks great!

Concrete floor coating was placed on our front porch and looks beautiful. However, the service tech let filler drip onto our sidewalk. I ask if it could be cleaned up and was told it was already dry and couldn't do anything with it. It dries like Concrete. Also a place under our storm door was not finished well. I will contact poly-pro to see if the can address these issues. We have this finish on our garage floor for several years. It has held up excellent and easy care. I hope poly-pro can address our two issues.

Poly pro came to my home and covered my new garage floor and my back patio. I can't say it enough how happy I am with there work. The men that did my job were very professional and completed my job on time as promised. They explained to me everything they were doing and was very helpful with the questions that I had. I highly recommend polypro to anyone that wants to turn there patios or garages into a beautiful place to spend time with there family. Great job polypro you made the Hayes family very happy with you work and products.

The installers did an amazing job. My wife and are are very happy with the way our garage floor and back patio turned out.

Javion and Ayden did the prep and application of my garage coating. They make a good team, are knowledgeable, professional, competent, and customer friendly. We are very pleased with the results!

We love our PolyPro floors. They look amazing and the installation was complete in one day.

Both crew teams that came were very polite, hard workers, and get the job done kind of guys.

Just starting this process. So far not disappointed, Steve Steffan was outstanding to deal with. If the final product turns out as good as he is we will be very happy. To be continued.

Quick project!!! The guys were done in less than 6 hours! Garage floor looks amazing! Better than epoxy!

We have signed the contract to have our garage floor coated. Our salesperson Sab knows his stuff. Very excited to see the finished product in a couple of weeks. So far a great experience. Our garage floor is done. Javion and Ayden were professional, polite and on time. They kept me informed and what to expect. End of job Q&A and information was shared about how to take care of my garage floor. What a beautiful addition to our home.

We requested a quote from PolyPro for our garage floor. Sabdiel came to our house. He was very friendly and efficient. He thoroughly measured the garage, he explained the procedure, he showed us a different choices of colorings and different levels. It was very just absolutely thorough and telling us what would be done how it would be done the #Warranty’s everything. He then gave us a quote. We are scheduled to have our floor done on June 17. We are very excited and can’t wait. I would highly recommend their services to anybody as they were very professional and very reasonable.

Great Company

Beautiful 3 car garage floor! Fast, good quality, looks fantastic. Highly recommend. Just be ready for a lot of dust in the process.

Matt is truly a professional! Fantastic speaking with you today and look forward to seeing the product.

Good experience & our garage floor is the bomb! 💣💣 I called the company a few times, left voicemails & have not talked to a representative yet. I think they need to work on that. I wanted an update about my upcoming service & did not get it until I called the guy who sold me my product. If you all correct that issue your service will be off the charts.

I had the polyaspartic (rubber particles) coating applied to my old pool deck. Garret and his crew did an excellent job applying it and paid attention to every square inch and edge lines and the result looks amazing! Unfortunately I can’t give them 5 stars because my adjacent bluegrass was “burned” by the chemical overspray. Be sure to tarp any nearby vegetation near the work area.

Wonderful company and people. Everything turned out beautiful. We love it.

The installation crew was very professional, courteous and quickly finished the project. They did a great job and we are extremely happy with the results!

Very professional and knowledgeable sales person from poly pro pleasant to deal with.

The two young men that did my garage floor were amazing. When they arrived, they explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. I went out to check on them a couple of times and they allowed me to take pictures of the progress and were very friendly. They were high-quality employees as well. Oscar was the one young man’s name and his helper.

The crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. They worked as a team and efficiently completed the installation in a timely manner.

Great experience with PolyPro Concrete Coatings. Our crew, David, Kevin & Nick, did a fantastic job. Can’t believe the transformation of our garage floor. Thank guys!

Parker and Daniel from Detroit PolyPro installed a concrete coatings for us and they were outstanding hard working men!!!!

They arrived on time - worked hard and did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with the results.

PolyPro is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Today, the team completed our garage floors and driveway, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The floors are absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience from start to finish was top-notch. Brandyn in sales was outstanding, and the installation team today was amazing — professional, hardworking, respectful, and detail-oriented. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly delivers on both quality and customer service, but PolyPro exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend PolyPro!

Terry, Braden and Braden were the crew that did the install. Very nice, professional and the job is perfect. Can’t say enough about how good it looks.

Edwin and Micah were very professional and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

PolyPro did a great job with my garage floor. Top notch service!

Edwin and Javion went above and beyond top notch customer service. They were told just a porch area. Was two porches and garage. They worked hard, non stop with a small lunch break to get our project complete. Not only complete, but done correctly. Very respectful of me and our property. Polypro should proud to have such hard dedicated workers, concerned about customer satisfaction. Also, complete clean up after done.

Matt was awesome as a sales contact. Took me a bit to get to him through their general call in number. Everything was handled very quickly after that point. The instalation crew was professional and courteous. Floor turned out absolutely amazing. I still can't believe how good it looks! I would highly recommend.

We met with the designer who provided a comprehensive overview of the project and how the process works. It was very thorough during which options were provided aligned to the pricing. We will not have our service until August but the preliminary communication and information was presented with professionalism.

So far so good. Everything was explained to me really well and even showed me the process that is done on the laptop.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was done in less time than expected. Sean and Gavin were good at explaining what they would be doing. The end results were truly amazing considering how bad a shape this garage floor was in.

Poly Pro Concrete Coatings did an excellent job from Brandyn Gresham knowledgeably presenting the company’s services thoroughly answering all questions to the great installation by Edwin and Jaivion. It’s become a canvas of art by a great team. Thank you.

Very informative about the product, the process, and the installation.

The guys showed up on time, explained everything to us, confirmed that they were applying the correct color, applied the material, went to lunch while it dried, put on the finishing touches and were done within 15 minutes of their estimate. They then explained the curing and cleaning procedures and left a printed copy of those with us. We are very impressed.

The porch floor walkway and steps look better than we thought they could! Great job by the team. So glad we made the investment. Well worth it.

Sabdiel was our consultant for our driveway and porch project. This product and application was all new to us. Sabdiel explained everything to us. We had a great experience working with our sales representative Matthew Flis from PolyPro. He was extremely attentive, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail from the company itself, to the product, and the full repair, grinding, and sealing process for our garage floor project. What stood out most was his responsiveness and customer service. After our meeting, I decided I wanted to change the floor color, and he handled the change quickly and without any issues.
