Poly pro did our back patio three years ago and we were so happy with the product that we got we decided to have them do our garage floor which they did last week and they did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable really liked the product. Staff was awesome. I highly recommend this product.

Our communication at first was bad. We FINALLY figured out our estimator had resigned and our emails were not being received. AFTER we figured this out the communication and work was great!!! Our new patio is absolutely beautiful. We had 3 DIFFERENT patio pads pours over time and wanted them to be the same material. Instead of tearing out 3 pads and repairing concrete, we did the rubber type material over all three. It’s beautiful.

We could not be happier with the way our floor turned out. Kevin and Edwin, our 2 service techs, were very nice and informative. They were both efficient, polite, and answered all our questions. He took pictures and overlay with the colors we liked so we could see what the finished garage floor would look like. He sat down with us and explained all our options and prices. Highly recommend Poly-Pro Coatings (Lansing, MI) I hired Poly-Pro Coatings to do my garage floor and front covered porch, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. They stayed on site for over 12 hours to make sure everything was done right—no rushing, no cutting corners. The finished floors look fantastic. The coatings are smooth, durable, and have completely transformed both areas. Communication was clear, the work was clean, and the results speak for themselves. I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Four stars - because the porch and patio look beautiful, and Tyson and his helper did a great job. Worked their tails off in nasty heat and humidity. However, the fact that I keep calling the company and getting voice mail, AND never getting a call back, is very aggravating. We just gave them $3k, and they won’t return my calls?!? Also, our sales person left the company and they didn’t bother to tell us. So - we do have an installation issue, and I can’t get a return call. This does not reflect on Tyson - but it sure reflects poorly on PolyPro.

So far my experience with PolyPro has been very good. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and the price we were offered was very good.. now just waiting for the installation.

I was very pleased with the installation process on our garage floor. Jacob and his co-worker were very efficient and kept me informed on the installation process. They cleaned everything up and left me with a beautiful floor.

EDIT: We were able to get in touch with the company and set up installation, the project manager called and got us in a whole day early since rain was expected on our original project date. We are very happy with the end result, I couldn’t even tell our porch had been worked on when I got home from work with how well the clean up was. Very satisfied and definitely recommend. Original review: Have left several messages in the last 2 months. Nobody returns your call. My husband and I have both called the sales representative who came to our house and the main line with no luck. Don’t waste your time.

I had a 2 car garage coated on 6/2/26. It turned out great. The crew was on time and performed the work well in one day. They began by grinding the whole floor and removing the concrete pits. They repaired the cracks, ground again and then applied the coatings, allowing time for curing between layers. The chip colors and texture is just what I had asked for. I'm pleased and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This company does wonderful work. The guys that work for them were great too. We started as you can see from the photo & then to this... finished product.

Josh came out to give me a free estimate. I've had my garage floor coated previously at another home with a different company so I was familiar with the process. Josh explained Polypro's process and was able to offer me an end of the month incentive. After more discussion, I decided to move forward with the job. I'm booked out to Oct of this year which works fine with my schedule. Josh answered all of my questions to help me make the best decision. He was very polite and professional and would recommend his services to friends and family. I'll have to post another review in October when the job is complete.

Concrete floor coating was placed on our front porch and looks beautiful. However, the service tech let filler drip onto our sidewalk. I ask if it could be cleaned up and was told it was already dry and couldn't do anything with it. It dries like Concrete. Also a place under our storm door was not finished well. I will contact poly-pro to see if the can address these issues. We have this finish on our garage floor for several years. It has held up excellent and easy care. I hope poly-pro can address our two issues.

We requested a quote from PolyPro for our garage floor. Sabdiel came to our house. He was very friendly and efficient. I wanted an update about my upcoming service & did not get it until I called the guy who sold me my product. If you all correct that issue your service will be off the charts.

I had the polyaspartic (rubber particles) coating applied to my old pool deck. Garret and his crew did an excellent job applying it and paid attention to every square inch and edge lines and the result looks amazing! Unfortunately I can’t give them 5 stars because my adjacent bluegrass was “burned” by the chemical overspray. Be sure to tarp any nearby vegetation near the work area.

He took the time to explain everything in detail from the company itself, to the product, and the full repair, grinding, and sealing process for our garage floor project. What stood out most was his responsiveness and customer service. After our meeting, I decided I wanted to change the floor color, and he handled the change quickly and without any issues. I really appreciated how smooth and easy he made the process. Overall, excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Looking forward to seeing the finished garage floor.

I had my garage floor redone last week and I didn't realize what a difference it would make. It looks soooooo good! Tyson and Marcus did a great job. They called ahead with an ETA the day of the install. When they arrived at 7:45 AM, we went over the details of the project before they began. They were courteous, kept me informed as they moved through the project, were very detail oriented, and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I appreciate them taking the extra time and effort to remove the self-leveling sealer I had in the expansion joints - I know that was extra work for them and was not easy but it looks really nice now. Your company does a nice job in communicating before the project day, helping the customer know what to expect, then delivering exactly what you promised. Thanks for exceeding my expectations on this home improvement project and for carrying it out so smoothly. Working with your company was a great experience.

I’m updating my experience with PolyPro Concrete Coatings to reflect the final outcome. I signed a contract for a driveway coating project and paid a $5,600 deposit. After getting independent evaluations of my driveway condition, I had concerns about whether a coating system was appropriate. I canceled the project before any work was performed. Initially, I was told the deposit would not be refunded. After pushing back and providing additional information, the company did ultimately refund the deposit in full within a few days. No work was performed and no materials were delivered. My takeaway: - Make sure you fully understand your concrete condition before committing to a coating - Be cautious with large deposits - Read the contract closely, especially what is NOT covered I appreciate that the company ultimately resolved the issue, but it required follow-up on my end to get there. Since I actually had no work done I cannot justify a 5 star review.

Ryan was outstanding! He came to discuss an estimate on my barn floor. The estimate for 800 sq ft of high quality concrete coating was tailored for my needs and just the right price! During our discussions, he let me know everything I needed to know (including the answers to questions I had intended to ask before I ever asked). A pleasant surprise during our discussion was that he came prepared with samples for colors -of course- and photos of previously completed jobs. The fact that he had photographs from other jobs with different angles and lighting really help me decide between two colors I was suck on. That was super helpful! Thank you Ryan for being so courteous and kind! I’ll be calling for more estimates of future work I need because of the trust you have established!
